You also confirm that you have the authority to submit the event information and promotional materials you provide to MAJOCO.
If you are submitting materials on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have permission to do so and that you have the authority to grant MAJOCO the rights described in these Terms.
MAJOCO may rely on the information and authority you provide when reviewing and promoting your event.
2. PROMOTIONAL LICENSE & AUTHORIZATION
By submitting materials, you give MAJOCO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the event information and promotional materials you provide for the purpose of featuring, promoting, marketing, and helping people discover your event through MAJOCO NOW and related MAJOCO promotional channels.

14. REVOCATION OF AUTHORIZATION
You may request that MAJOCO discontinue future promotional use of submitted materials by providing written notice.
A revocation request should identify the event and the materials or authorization you want withdrawn.
After receiving a valid request, MAJOCO will make reasonable efforts to discontinue future promotional use of the affected materials.
However, revocation does not automatically require MAJOCO to:

Recall materials already distributed;
-
Remove completed advertisements;
-
Recreate completed promotional projects;
-
Retrieve materials already downloaded or shared;
-
Remove third-party reposts;
-
Delete legally required records;
